The room comes complete with air-conditioning and a fully-equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and serving flatware. Guests will find fine amenities such as cable TV, VCR, CD player stereo, washer/dryer, and a dressing room with sink/vanity separate from the toilet and bath. The bath is complete with plenty of towels for bathing and for the beach. The lanai has a table with chairs for outdoor dining, lounging chairs, and beautiful tile floors. This large studio condo is very comfortably furnished with a full-sized dining suite, a sofa bed, and lots of extra leg-room. Full sliding glass doors lead to the lanai with a garden/partial ocean view and full pool view. **This property requires a seven-night minimum stay for all arrivals from 6/24/05-8/31/05 and 12/16/05-12/31/05. A five-night minimum stay is required for all arrivals from 9/1/05-12/15/05.** Front desk hours are 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Guests who plan to arrive outside normal business hours will check-in with security at the property.
