BOTH CONDOS ARE LOCATED NEXT TO EACH OTHER ON THE FOURTH FLOOR. CANCELLATION POLICY- RESERVATIONS MUST BE CANCELED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO LOCAL CHECK-IN TIME FOR REFUND OF DEPOSIT. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FULL AMOUNT. RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WILL NOT RECIEVE REFUND UNLESS CONDO IS RE-RENTED FULL DEPOSIT IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. – TRAVEL AGENCY COMMISSION POLICY - 10 PERCENT COMMISSION IS PAID TO TRAVEL AGENTS WHEN BOOKING COMMISSIONABLE RATES. – TAX POLICY - 1. 4.16 PCT TAX 2. 7.25PCT TAX There is a seven night minimum stay between December 16th and January 10th. All reservations for these dates must be paid in full by November 1. For reservations made after November 1, payment in full must be received within 10 days of the reservation. If reservation is canceled, all deposits and payments will be forfeited unless re-rented. If reservation is made after November 1 and the deposit is received and then canceled, the deposits will be forfeited unless re-rented. All reservations without advance deposits will be subject to automatic cancellation. We will cheerfully refund the payments for all nights that are re-booked. |
